Mark-making and observing nature
Can we learn more about mark-making in drawing by studying nature? And is it true the other way around?
Ink-making and drawing with natural materials
Many trees and plants can be used to make ink; from the roots to the nuts, the leaves to the flowers, providing seasonal variations. Inks share common roots of myth and method with dye-making. This course will enable participants to produce inks using different processes.
These courses are open to all - and provide a welcoming and mindful environment so that you can connect with nature and your own creative energies. Tasters and courses are held in the project space at my home. All materials included.
Courses and workshops are currently suspended due to the current Corona virus outbreak. New days are being planned and will run at some point, watch this space.
